Employment Requirements

General:

  1. All Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, or lawfully permitted to work in the United States.
  2. All Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, issued by either a U.S. State or Territory.
  3. All Applicants must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites throughout San Diego County.
  4. All Applicants must have their own tools (See Tool List) to be considered for employment.

Experience:

  1. All Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience performing the duties of the position for which they are applying for.
  2. All Applicants must provide, at the time of application, a complete and detailed list of all projects applicant has been involved with, as it relates to the position applied for.

All technicians, lead technicians, and project managers employed by TekWorks, Inc. are required to maintain the following list of tools, at all times during their tenure with TekWorks.Possession of all of the tools on this list is considered a Term of Employment. All prospective employees must first prove ownership of each tool listed before being offered a position with TekWorks, Inc.
