May 2009 - TekWorks Outside Plant department, in partnership with Nasland Engineering, was recently awarded a high profile directional boring project, that will extend new conduits and fiber optic cable to the Southwest quadrant of Qualcomm’s Mira Mesa based campus.  The project is in a very busy traffic corridor and presents some challenging logistics and construction schedules.  An accelerated build schedule was established early on and has evolved into a massive co/op environment with the existing service providers and the City of S.D. This project is currently underway, and has been scheduled for commissioning in July 2009.
